5TH GRADE SOCIAL SCIENCES: PROJECT UNIT 8: THE WEATHER AND THE CLIMATE

Como proyecto final del tema los alumnos tendrán que realizar la siguiente actividad y entregarla antes del día 24 de marzo para su evaluación:

THE CLIMATE IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD

1.- Use the Internet to find out about the climate in different cities around the world: LONDON, NEW YORK, TOKIO, TORONTO, CHILE, POLONIA, ROME, MOSCU, EL CAIRO AND NAMIBIA.
Answer these questions about those cities:

1.- Where is the city located? It is located in...( the country)
2.- What climate zone is it in? It is in the cold zone/ hot zone, temperate zone...
3.- What are the temperatures like? the temperatures are extreme/high/ mild/ hot/ cold....in summer they are....and in winter they are....
4.- What is the rainfall like? There is a lot of precipitation/ very little precipitacion, the summer is dry/ hot,...

El proyecto debe de entregarse antes del día 24 de marzo para su evaluación. Se entregará en una cartulina blanca o folio tamaño A4, en cada cara del folio se realizará una actividad.
Para su evaluación se tendrá en cuenta la corrección gramátical en inglés así como la limpieza y cuidado en la presentación del mismo.
